Objections to Exemptions

Claim of Exemptions
Debtor must file his claim of exemptions within fifteen (15) days of the order for relief, pursuant to Rule 4003, 1007©.

Objections to Exemptions
Property is exempt unless objections are filed, pursuant to Section 522(1) of the bankruptcy Code and Rule 4003(b).
Deadline for objections is thirty (30) days after conclusion of the 341 meeting of creditors.

Hearing on Objections
