JOSEPH DEBTOR

MOTION TO VACATE THE NO FEE ORDER COMBINED WITH MOTION FOR
ORIGINAL ATTORNEY'S FEES

NOW COMES Debtor's counsel, DAVID M. SIEGEL, and in support of his Motion, states as follows:

1. That DAVID M. SIEGEL is attorney for Debtor.

2. That said Chapter 13 Petition was filed on 6/2/99 and confirmed thereafter.

3. That counsel either failed to submit a fee application and order or said documents were never entered before the court.

4. That a no fee order was entered on October 27, 1999 stating that the fee award is zero due to the failure to file a fee application.

5. That counsel requests leave to submit instanter a fee application and fee order for original attorney's fees.

WHEREFORE, Debtor's counsel respectfully requests that this honorable court grant counsel's Motion to vacate the no fee order of 10-27-99 and grant counsel's Motion for original attorney fees.
