MOTION TO ALLOW DEBTOR TO INCUR ADDITIONAL CREDIT

NOW COME the Debtor, JOSEPH DEBTOR, by and through her attorney, DAVID M. SIEGEL, and in support of her Motion, states:

1. That JOSEPH DEBTOR is the Debtor for the above captioned Motion.

2. That said Chapter 13 Petition was filed on 9/29/99.

3. That at the time of filing and through the present, Debtor owned and possessed a 1995 Buick Skylark.

4. That Debtor desires to purchase a replacement vehicle ('99 Dodge Durango) from Ron's Auto Sales, which is necessary for her reorganization. (See Attached Letter)

5. That Debtors has the ability to pay for said vehicle since her income has increased since the date of filing.

6. That Debtor is current with her plan payments and no creditors shall be prejudiced by the granting of this Motion.

WHEREFORE, Debtor respectfully requests that this honorable court grant this Motion to Incur Additional Credit.
