MOTION TO AMEND PLAN PAYMENTS

NOW COMES the Debtor, JOE DEBTOR, by and through his attorney, DAVID M. SIEGEL, and in support of his Motion, states:

1. That JOE DEBTOR is the Debtor for the above captioned Motion.

2. That said Chapter 13 Petition was filed on 9-16-97.

3. That due to substantial equity in Debtor's home, a 100% re-payment plan was submitted.

4. That prior to all claims being filed, the Trustee requested a monthly payment of $701.00 to complete the plan.

5. That Debtor was advised that the plan payments may be reduced depending upon how the claims actually were submitted.

6. That it appears that there is room to allow for a lower monthly payment and still have the plan be completed within 60 months.

7. That Debtor has been struggling with plan payments of $701.00 and would more likely to complete his plan if said payments were lowered to $600.00 per month.

8. That the creditors would not be adversely affected by such reduction in monthly plan payments.

WHEREFORE, Debtor respectfully requests that this honorable court grant Debtor's Motion to Amend Plan Payments and that a payment of $600.00 be ordered by the court.
