MOTION TO AMEND PLAN TO PROVIDE SET PAYMENT

NOW COMES the Debtors, JOSEPH DEBTOR AND JOSEPHINE DEBTOR, by and through their attorney, DAVID M. SIEGEL, and in support of their Motion, state:

1. That JOSEPH DEBTOR AND JOSEPHINE DEBTOR are the Debtors for the above captioned Motion.

2. That said Chapter 13 Petition was filed on 6-30-98.

3. That Norwest Mortgage, Inc. is a secured creditor in that they hold a first mortgage on Debtor's residence.

4. That Debtors wish to cure the arrearage to Norwest Mortgage, Inc. by providing a set payment in the amount of $150.00 per month.

5. That said set payment will not unduly prejudice the other creditors in this Chapter 13 case.

WHEREFORE, Debtors respectfully requests that this honorable court grant Debtor's Motion to Amend Plan To Provide Set Payment to Norwest Mortgage, Inc.
